The website subscription is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
Getting started
- After you send a request on our Get Started page, we reply within one business day.
- We confirm your plan and design direction with you, and you share your business details and content.
- Once we have your content, we confirm the launch timeline with you in writing.
Design and launch
- We customise your website around your brand and share it with you for review.
- We make the changes you ask for until you are happy, then publish it.
- Your website goes live on your domain once it is connected; we set up SSL (https) for you. You receive an email when your website is live.
Every month after launch
- Hosting, security updates, backups and technical fixes, as included in your plan.
- Content updates and change requests by email or WhatsApp, as included in your plan.
- Support from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
