About this policy
This policy explains how Webelogy (Janakpuri, New Delhi, India) handles personal information on rent.webelogy.com and for the website subscription service. We collect only what we need, use it only to provide our services, and never sell it.
Information we collect
When you use the Get Started form or subscribe, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
- your business name, the website category and plan you choose, and any notes you add;
- billing details needed to issue invoices and collect payments;
- the content, images and logos you give us for your website.
We do not see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank login details — payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
- to reply to your request and set up your website;
- to provide hosting, maintenance and support;
- to collect monthly payments, send invoices and notify you before Autopay debits;
- to keep business and tax records, and meet legal obligations;
- to keep our website and systems secure.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information while your request or subscription is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep records such as invoices. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it (subject to records we must keep by law), or stop using it where you gave consent. Email support@webelogy.com with your request; we may need to confirm your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
