About these terms
These terms apply to the Webelogy website subscription offered on rent.webelogy.com. Webelogy is based in Janakpuri, New Delhi, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Webelogy, and "you" means the person or business that subscribes.
By starting a subscription you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Service Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
The service
For a recurring fee we design and customise a website for your business from our templates, host it, keep it secure and up to date, and support you. What each plan includes is listed on our plans page:
- Basic — ₹899 per month including GST when billed monthly.
- Business — ₹2,299 per month including GST when billed monthly.
- Premium — ₹3,999 per month including GST when billed monthly.
You can also choose to be billed quarterly (5% off), half-yearly (10% off), yearly (15% off). The exact amount for each plan and billing cycle is shown on the plans page and on your invoice.
Work outside your plan (for example custom features not included in it) is quoted separately and only done once you agree to the quote in writing.
Billing and payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly — from the date your subscription starts, and renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Prices include GST. You receive a GST invoice for every payment.
- Payment is collected by UPI Autopay: you approve a mandate once in your UPI app, and the amount for each billing period is then debited automatically. You are notified before every debit. Where Autopay is not used, you pay each period's invoice through its payment link.
- Domain registration is not included and is billed separately at actuals.
If a payment fails, we let you know and try again or send a payment link. If a payment remains unpaid after our reminders, we may pause your website until it is paid; we will tell you before we do.
Changing your plan
You can ask to upgrade or downgrade, or to change your billing cycle, at any time. The new price applies from your next billing date. If we ever change the price of a plan, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@webelogy.com, messaging us on WhatsApp, or cancelling the Autopay mandate in your UPI app. After you cancel:
- no further payments are taken;
- your website stays live until the end of the billing period (month, quarter, half-year or year) you have already paid for, then it is taken offline;
- on request before then, we send you an export of your content.
A billing period that has already been paid is not refunded. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details, including refunds of wrong or duplicate debits.
Your content and the website
The text, images, logos and other material you give us remain yours. You confirm that you have the right to use them and to let us publish them on your website.
The templates, design system and code used to run your website are provided as part of the subscription and may be used by you for as long as your subscription is active.
You must not use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful. We may take content offline if it breaks the law or these terms, and will tell you why.
Domains and third-party services
You can bring your own domain or we can help you register one. Who owns a domain we register for you is agreed in writing before it is registered. Domains, payment providers and other third-party services have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions, but we will help you work through their effect on your website.
Results
Search rankings, traffic, leads and sales depend on many things outside our control. We build and look after your website to give your business the best chance, but we do not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data;
- our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will tell you by email before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
