Before you rent
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel at any time. No further payments are taken, and your website stays live until the end of the month you have already paid for; then it is taken offline. Your content can be exported before it is removed.
- How does billing work?
- Choose monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly billing. Longer cycles are paid in advance for the whole period and cost less per month. Prices include GST. Payment is collected by UPI Autopay — you approve a mandate once in your UPI app and are notified before every debit — or by the payment link on your invoice. You can cancel the mandate at any time.
- How much do I save with quarterly, half-yearly or yearly billing?
- Quarterly saves 5%, half-yearly saves 10% and yearly saves 15% compared with paying month by month. The full amount for the period is paid upfront.
- Do you offer refunds?
- A billing period that has already been paid (a month, quarter, half-year or year) is not refunded, because hosting and our team are reserved for you for that period. A wrong or duplicate debit is always refunded in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Can I upgrade my plan later?
- Yes. Ask us to change your plan or billing cycle at any time; the new price applies from your next billing date.
